Returns & Refunds

At AUREX, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns Window You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return eligible items for a refund or exchange.

Eligibility To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received
  • In original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and components
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Earbuds or headphones that have been opened or used
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance
  • Gift cards

Return Process

  1. Contact us at hello@aurexinnovations.co.uk within 30 days of delivery
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. We'll send you return instructions and a return address
  4. Ship the item back securely with tracking

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges If you'd like to exchange an item for a different product, please contact us and we'll arrange the exchange.

Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
